How can I book an experience? 
You can book our experiences online, by email or by phone. Click here to contact us.


Should I book an experience in advance?
 
It is mandatory to book all our experiences in advance. We recommend that you do not go to the meeting point without a reservation as we cannot guarantee that there will be free spots. 


How long before should I book an experience?

It depends on the type of experience. Some can be booked up to 24 hours before the starting time. For others, we need more advance notice.


How do I know if my reservation attempt was successful?
 
Once your payment is complete, you receive an email with the booking confirmation. Soon you will be able to check your bookings in the private area.


Which payment methods do you accept?
 
You can pay with all major credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. If you choose to pay in installments, you can choose between direct charge on your credit card or a payment link. By purchasing from our website it is possible to pay with Paypal and with the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express). Our online payment is safe and secured. For other payment methods, please contact us here.


My online credit card payment failed. What should I do?

In case of difficulty or if you want to pay with a different card, contact us here and we will provide you with instructions. 


Can I pay in installments?
 
For some experiences it is possible to request a payment plan and pay installments. At the time of booking, the payment options will appear directly from the system. If the option does not appear, the experience cannot be paid in installments. Important: when choosing to pay in installments, you will be required a non-refundable deposit.


I have a discount code or a referent code. How can I use it?
 
You have to enter the discount code or referent code before proceeding to the check out. There is a specific field “coupon Code”. Write your code there and click on Apply Coupon. It is not possible to claim a discount with a discount code after the order has been submitted and we received the payment. 


Can I book for someone else?

Yes, it is possible. You can also buy the experience as a gift. 


Which personal data do you need for my reservation?
 
It depends on the experience you book. For short experiences we only need your email and phone number. For longer stays we may need more information (date of birth, address etc.). All data provided are treated according to our privacy policy.


Is your site secure?
 
Our Internet site uses the SSL encryption protocol to guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality. Your bank details and all the information you enter on the various forms are automatically encrypted when your data is transferred over the network. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encrypts your data before it is transmitted over the network, and it can only be decrypted using a unique key once it has arrived on our server.
