The best vintage of Pecorino
Dry, aromatic, crisp with an elegantly floral bouquet: Pecorino wine is mostly produced in Abruzzo region, from high mountain altitudes all the way down to hillside slopes to the coast. It is widely appreciated for its balance of sweet and acidity, that makes it a high-alcohol wine, unlike other white wines, and suitable for aging.

During this tasting session, you will taste five Pecorino wine of different vintage. A sommelier will present each wine and you will learn how climate, land, grape varietal and making process contributes to make each wine unique.

This wine tasting is focused on vintage. You will taste five different vintages of the same wine maker and see how climate, that changes every years, affect sensory properties of a wine and decide what is the best vintage for that producer.

Wine tasting is paired with sampling of local olive oils, cheeses, cold cuts and local vegetables.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our evening with Georgia. We sampled a good range of food, wine and types of restaurants. Georgia was very knowledgeable about food and wine, plus was able to give insights to the Italian way of life

My wife bought it for us, I wasn't too keen about joining, but in the end I really loved it. Good wine, great food, we went out the beaten track and stopped in a bunch of places, some sitting down, one was more street food. Our guide was Julia, very knowlegeable and fun.
We had a lovely afternoon. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and it was lovely to chat with the other couple on the tour!
